Amsterdam’s Red Light District, a true tourist attraction. But in fact, as i stated many times before, Amsterdam’s streets are an attraction in itself. Especially in a lively area like this. So much to hear, so much to see. And unfortunately, so much to smell haha. When you start looking beyond the red lights and the attention seeking ladies, you will discover a variety of noteworthy things. My stroll today took me to a church, to a nonprofit private gallery initiative, a get together space for homeless people, and alleys one doesn’t pass on a regular base. This is how i make the most out of a free day. When there’s no need for hurry and rush. I walk around as if every street, every corner, is new to me. You know what? It’s not even “as if”, it is new. Every moment is that moment, and not another one. And just when you start to think you’ve seen it all, you’ll discover something new. Like that green boobie on the wall.. I’ve passed this alley before, but it somehow never grabbed my attention. Keep your eyes open.
